This course looks into the aspect of information on the point of how users seek for the information they need. Understanding the way users seek for information helps the information providers to package their information properly and place it at the right points so as the users can easily access the information. The course is directly related to users' studies. in the sense that for us to know how users seek for information, there is need to carry out a users' study.
